We live in a time of both challenge and opportunity – a time that calls for pastors and church leaders equipped to teach, lead, and serve with theological depth and conviction.
Equipping leaders for ministry is a shared, intentional partnership between churches, Bible colleges, and seminaries—each contributing distinct strengths. Churches cultivate leaders through relationships, real ministry experience, and the discernment of pastors and elders. Colleges and seminaries deepen this formation with biblical languages, sound interpretation, theological depth, historical awareness, and strong preaching and teaching.
At Heritage College & Seminary, we value partnerships with churches that share our mission and distinctives. Together, we prepare servant leaders for faithful ministry.
To do this intentionally, we invite you to consider becoming a partner church.
Heritage's Commitment

- Partner Church Staff Discount – Heritage Theological Seminary is pleased to offer a one-year Heritage Partner Church Staff Discount to all Heritage Partner churches. If the paid ministry staff’s home church does not sponsor the student’s tuition cost, Heritage will contribute a 5% tuition discount to the student account.*
- Student Church Matching Grant – The Student Church Matching Grant is for full-time certificate or degree students who are financially supported by their home church. If the student’s home church sponsors an amount up to $750 (non-partner church), Heritage will contribute up to $250 to a student account. If the students home church sponsors an amount up to $1500 (partner church), Heritage will contribute up to $500 to a student account. The church’s donation will be applied to the student’s account immediately, and the portion from Heritage will be applied to the student’s account in the following term.
- Free Course Audit – One free course audit per academic year for each paid staff member. Please submit this form to book.
- 50% off tickets to our two annual conferences – Heritage Preaching Lectures (early autumn) and Ministry Leadership Day (late winter).
- Free Use of our Library for pastoral study.
*Right now, we extend Partner Church status to all churches with eligible staff, whether or not they give directly to Heritage. That said, part of the partnership agreement is that churches would consider some form of financial support to Heritage—perhaps through a special offering or an allocation within the missions budget, etc. As we continue to review and strengthen the program, future updates may place greater emphasis on active financial partnership with Heritage.
Partner Church Commitment
- Pray for future church leaders to arise from your congregation.
- Encourage students at your church to explore Heritage for biblical training and ministry equipping. Heritage will provide opportunities for engagement including videos, testimonies, engagement opportunities like student sampler events and promotional materials.
- Commit to financially supporting Heritage College & Seminary.
- Include Heritage in your regular church budget. Partner churches who give monthly provide ongoing sustainability to the school and it’s ministry.
- Consider Heritage for an annual love offering. We would love the opportunity to come and share about what God is doing in this ministry of equipping men and women for life and ministry.
