Instructor in Intercultural Studies

David Roberts serves as Adjunct Instructor in Intercultural Studies at Heritage College & Seminary. His teaching focuses on equipping students for cross-cultural ministry, emphasizing effective communication, community development, and faithful participation in God’s global mission.

Drawing on extensive experience in missions, pastoral ministry, and leadership development, David seeks to prepare students to engage diverse cultural contexts with wisdom, humility, and a commitment to the gospel.

      • Missionary with SIM Canada, serving in Zambia for 16 years in leadership development and field leadership
      • Student Leadership Development and Missions Mentor (12 years), Tyndale University (co-curricular and curricular involvements)
      • Pastor, West Highland Baptist Church, with a focus on discipleship (9 years)
      • Volunteer facilitator with MissionPrep and Perspectives (15+ years), providing cross-cultural training and service debriefings
