Matthew Gray

Professor in Leadership

Matthew Gray serves as Adjunct Professor in Leadership at Heritage College & Seminary. His teaching focuses on developing Christian leaders who are equipped to serve faithfully in the Church and the world, integrating theological reflection with practical leadership development.

Through his teaching and leadership, Matthew seeks to challenge and equip students to grow as disciples of Jesus, applying their learning in real-world ministry contexts and cultivating lives of faithful and humble service.

    • Adjunct Professor, Heritage College & Seminary (2024-present)
    • Youth Pastor, Alton Reformed Church (2010-2013)
    • Program Coordinator, Northwestern College / Franken Servant Leadership Institute (2010-2013)

    He is also actively involved in local church leadership, serving as a vocational elder and contributing to leadership development within the church.
